As a seasoned wildlife conservationist and safari guide, my recent stay at Blackwood Boutique Hotel And Apartments left me with mixed feelings regarding its value proposition. the location was convenient, offering spacious rooms with decent kitchenette facilities, perfect for those seeking a self-catering option. the staff, from Hillary and Nancy at the front desk to Mariam from housekeeping, provided professional and friendly service, ensuring a warm welcome and comfortable stay. While the overall hospitality and privacy were commendable, a few aspects did not quite meet my expectations. the airport shuttle service was lacking, resulting in a fair distance from the airport. the leisure facilities, such as the pool, were crowded, detracting from a peaceful ambiance. Although the restaurant on Level 1 served fantastic food, the slow service was a noticeable drawback. Overall, Blackwood Boutique Hotel And Apartments offers a comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially for those looking for a well-equipped accommodation.
